We Are Hiring Office Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and organized Office Assistant with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and basic Photoshop. The ideal candidate will support daily office tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit documents in MS Word

• Handle data entry, formatting, and formulas in MS Excel and Google Sheets

• Design simple graphics or edit images using Adobe Photoshop

• Prepare presentations in MS PowerPoint

• Manage email and scheduling via MS Outlook

• Perform general office duties including scanning, printing, and filing

• Support team communication and help coordinate meetings

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Good knowledge of Google Sheets

• Basic Photoshop skills for image editing and design tasks

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
