URGENTLY NEED CALL CENTER STAFF (IRANI FEMALE ONLY)

We are looking for a skilled Iranian Call Center Representative for full-time position. The ideal candidate must be fluent in speaking and writing English, Farsi, and Arabic, with 1-2 years of relevant work experience, and currently residing in Muscat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls with professionalism and care.
• Schedule appointments, manage inquiries, and provide information about medical services.
• Assist patients in English, Arabic, and Farsi, ensuring clear communication.
• Maintain patient records and update the database accurately.
• Coordinate with medical staff to confirm appointment schedules and follow-up calls.
• Handle patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Requirements:

• Iranian nationality.
• Fluency in English, Arabic, and Farsi (both spoken and written).
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e. g. , MS Office).
• Currently residing in Muscat and available to work in Qurum.
