About the Role:

We are currently seeking a qualified female candidate to join our team as a Secretary in Muscat, Oman. If you possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in English and Arabic, and strong organizational abilities, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Requirements:

  1. Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
  2. Computer Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  3. Communication Skills: Familiarity with email communication.
  4. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in tasks.
  7. Confidentiality: Capability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  8. Experience: Previous experience as a secretary or in a similar role is preferred.
  9. Working Hours: Sunday to Monday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
