Job Vacancy: Project Engineer for Park Project

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven project engineer to join our team for the park project. The project engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects within the organization, ensuring they are completed on time within scope and budget. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

• – Graduate in Civil Engineering.
• – Minimum of 10 years experience in the execution of similar works.
• – At least 5 years experience in the Gulf region.
• – Specific experience in managing and executing park projects is essential. Proficient in project management software (e. g. , MS Project, AutoCAD), with a strong understanding of engineering principles.
• -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information.
• -Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• -Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to solve complex problems.
• -Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• – Overseeing the execution and quality of construction work.
• – Coordinating with contractors, consultant, and and client and other stakeholders.
• – Ensuring compliance with project timelines and specifications.
• – Reporting progress and managing any issues that arise on-site.
• -experience in documentation like MAS&RFI &SD submittal
• Attending meeting with stakeholder
• -Prepare material request and coordinate with the purchase officer.
• -Provide engineering expertise and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• -. Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, including plans, designs, reports, and updates.
• -Monitor project costs, manage budgets.
