Boutique Saleswoman Job in Muscat, Oman

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Boutique Saleswoman to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly, offer assistance, and ensure their needs are met promptly and in accordance with service standards.
• Keep the shop floor and shelves well-organized, clean, and in line with the brand’s image.
• Engage in up-selling and cross-selling techniques to enhance customer experience and meet sales goals.
• Inform the Department Manager about product availability and performance, especially in multimedia and fashion sections.
• Merchandise products according to sales trends and Department Manager recommendations.
• Efficiently handle receiving processes of items and shipments, ensuring accurate stock keeping and preventing security risks.
• Operate the cash register effectively, process transactions accurately, and maintain financial accountability.
• Take accurate measurements and coordinate alterations for fashion items when required.

Qualifications:

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience or interest in sports goods retail is advantageous.
• Ability to participate actively in at least one sporting activity preferred.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when necessary.
