A phone maintenance technician is required

**Responsibilities:**

• – Diagnose and repair hardware issues such as broken screens, damaged batteries, and faulty buttons.
• – Replace essential parts like screens, cameras, and batteries.
• – Update and install operating systems and applications.
• – Fix network and connectivity issues.
• – Recover deleted or lost data.
• – Diagnose and repair hardware issues including processors and memory.
• – Install and update operating systems and software.
• – Repair and maintain motherboards.
• – Provide regular and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal device performance.

**Requirements:**

• – Previous experience in mobile phone repair.
• – In-depth knowledge of various operating systems such as iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.
• – Diagnostic skills using specialized diagnostic tools.
• – Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
• – Excellent communication skills with customers to provide explanations and technical advice.
• – Relevant professional certifications are a plus.

**Qualifications:**

• – Diploma or certificate in Information Technology, Hardware Maintenance, Electronics, or a related field.
• – At least two years of practical experience in mobile phone repair.
