We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Filipina Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, excellent command of English, and strong customer service skills. Knowledge of computers and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
• Handle patient records, data entry, and general office duties.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Provide information on services, policies, and procedures.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it is welcoming and organized.

Requirements: Need Receptionist (Filipina Only)

• Filipina nationality.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a medical or customer service role.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e. g. , MS Office, patient management systems).
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
