**Job Description:**

• – **Floral Arrangements:** Create and design floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events.
• – **Customer Service:** Assist customers with their floral needs, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• – **Inventory Management:** Monitor and manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure the freshness and quality of flowers and plants.
• – **Shop Maintenance:** Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
• – **Sales and Marketing:** Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• – **Event Coordination:** Work with clients to plan and execute floral arrangements for events, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• – **Team Management:** Supervise and train junior staff, ensuring high standards of work and service.

**Work Hours:**

• – Full-time position
• – Working hours: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM then 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• – Days Off: 1 day off in a week.

• – Previous experience as a florist or in a related field.
• – Strong creative and artistic skills.
• – Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• – Ability to manage inventory and handle administrative tasks.
