Construction Foreman Job in Muscat, Oman

Location: Muscat, Oman

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled construction foreman with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oman to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site.
• Ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
• Schedule daily tasks and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor progress and report on project status to management.
• Train and mentor construction workers and subcontractors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction foreman in Oman.
• Diploma in a relevant field (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, etc.).
• Indian nationality preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
