Location: Muscat, Oman (Restaurant located in Liwa, Sohar)

Job Description:

Are you passionate about grilling and barbecue cuisine? We are seeking an experienced Barbecue Chef to join our team at our renowned restaurant in Liwa, Sohar. As a Barbecue Expert, you will bring your culinary skills to our kitchen, preparing and serving mouth-watering barbecue dishes that will delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of barbecue dishes, including meats, seafood, and vegetables.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation.
• Create and develop new barbecue recipes and menu items.
• Ensure the grill and kitchen equipment are maintained in excellent condition.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage orders and ensure timely service.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barbecue Chef or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of barbecue techniques, marinades, and smoking methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is a plus.
