Job Title: Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced accountant with proficiency in accounting principles, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with accounting software to join our team in Muscat, Oman.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide insights to management.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain financial records and documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an accountant, preferably in Oman.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus.

Job Title: Foreman

Location: Muscat, Oman

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced foreman to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget in Muscat, Oman.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Schedule and coordinate daily activities on site.
• Monitor project progress and report on status to management.
• Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are available and used properly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a foreman or similar role in construction.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications.
• Diploma or certification in a relevant field.
