ARABIC INDIAN COOK

An Arabic and Indian Cook is responsible for preparing a wide variety of authentic dishes from both cuisines, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. Their duties include cooking traditional Arabic items such as mandi, kabsa, grilled meats, shawarma, hummus, and fresh breads like khubz, as well as Indian specialties like biryani, curries, dosas, idlis, tandoori items, rotis, and regional snacks.

They must skillfully operate tandoors and grills, manage marination and spice blending processes, and maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness. Coordination with kitchen staff for timely preparation, adherence to recipes and portion control, and minimizing food wastage are essential responsibilities. They also assist with inventory management, help train junior staff, and contribute to menu development, ensuring quality, authenticity, and efficiency in a multi-cuisine kitchen environment.
