Location : Qurum, Muscat

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Iranian female individual to join our team as a Call Center/Receptionist. The primary responsibilities will include handling patient queries through various communication channels and managing appointment bookings in our system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage all incoming telephone and mobile calls.
  • Respond to patient queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other messaging platforms.
  • Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently in the system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients.

Qualifications: Call Center / Receptionist (Only Iranian)

  • Proficient in English, Arabic, and Persian.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
