Key Responsibilities:

• Expertly cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat to meet customer specifications.
• Ensure high standards of meat quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Maintain inventory and manage stock levels efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, including answering inquiries and offering meat preparation advice.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional butchering experience.
