We are a small Real Estate Management company seeking a diligent and versatile individual to join our team as a part-time Assistant Accountant cum Assistant Admin. This position is open to female candidates only, preferably Filipino.

Position: Female Assistant Accountant cum Assistant Admin Job in Muscat, Oman

• Title: Assistant Accountant cum Assistant Admin
• Type: Part-Time
• Salary: OMR 200/- (All inclusive)
• Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level
• Duty Timing: Morning 9 AM to Evening 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and promptly resolve discrepancies.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an accounting or administrative role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
